3 Person Relay or 10 Mile Walk/Run Training

A non-intimidating program that meets you exactly where you are, whether you're getting off the couch or wanting to improve your fitness and past performance level.
Experience the fun, comraderie and exhileration of participating in a no-pressure relay or completing your own 10 mile run, accomplishments that help you get stronger, healthier and overcome barriers not only physically, but in all areas.
This comprehensive program helps you:

IT'S ALL ABOUT CHOICES!
Most people know what to do but they sometimes have difficulty balancing intake and activity level; making the choices that bring the desired results. This program penetrates to the core and gives you the tools that empower you to easily make healthy choices through teaching you to connect with your body in a whole new way.
IF YOU WANT DIFFERENT RESULTS YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT!
THIS IS DIFFERENT.
Not a conventional approach to diet and exercise, which is about restriction; this is permanent change and freedom!

ALL THE ANSWERS ARE IN THE BODY!
Through a process that teaches you how to connect with your body and unlock the answers you will easily:
- Develop a fun walking or running routine that you love so it becomes a way of life for you!
- Learn how eat in a way that’s easy, balanced, enjoyable, tasty and satisfying so it becomes a way of life!
- Learn three steps to managing emotions instead of eating over them.
- Receive support and gentle accountability as you integrate new ways of self care. A structure of warmth, safety and acceptance is set as the foundation of the group. This creates camaraderie, helps you open, go deep within and transform through connection with your being.
Program Includes:
2 Day Intensive Kickoff Saturday & Sunday 2/25-26
1:00-5:00 Saturday:
"A New Approach to Walking/Running!"
First Walk/Run Session
Further introduction to the tools and principles that lead to transformation. Practical methods you take home and apply to create immediate change.
1:00-5:00 Sunday:
Continuation of practical principles.
Weekly Group Support Sessions: (7:00-8:15 p.m. Wednesdays) Further instruction, gentle accountability and support in making balanced choices. Together, we deepen understanding and apply principles to everyday life, maintain a daily practice of balanced living.
Weekly Group Walk/Run Training Program: (8:00 Saturday mornings) Comprehensive training plan and expert coaching help you cross the finish line for the first time or improve performance. Experience walking or running in a different, more fun and satisfying way so it remains a way of life after the event is over. Improve fitness through honoring and deepening connection to your body and being.
