I'm Jane St. Croix. In 2001, I had a profound mystical experience that lasted for several months. It changed my life and completely altered the way I view the world by putting me in direct contact with the vast, unlimited power source that is present within all of us. It opened me to a higher level of perception and left me with the ability to visually perceive the human energy field.
I see energy all the time. The way it moves tells me what’s going on with people physically and emotionally. The energy looks like colors or clear light. When I tune into someone for a reading, it gets deeper and more specific. I help people release the patterns that prevent them from experiencing health, love and abundance. Using a system that works with four different levels of energy, I relay information that illuminates previously unseen factors, empowering you physically and emotionally.
This process opens up the flow of life energy in the body by expanding your consciousness. It helps you connect to your deeper truth, find your strength, and gain a better sense of direction. Life becomes more comfortable and you experience a higher level of joy and understanding.

In my teenage and early adult years, I waged a long battle with being overweight, unhealthy and addicted. An enduring dedication to energy medicine has brought me into balance and opened me to making healthy living and physical fitness a way of life. I'm vibrant, fit, and free of the desire to overindulge. Rather, I'm motivated to make healthy choices, which I do with ease and joy.
