Felicia's Stuck Husband

Felicia is an adventurous, energetic woman who wants to live her life fully. “I’m happy with my husband Al” she said at the beginning of her session.

“We have a good relationship,” Felicia said, “yet it bothers me that we’re not on the same page. I have a bucket list,” she told me enthusiastically “and I’ve completed several things.

One of them is learning to rock climb and I took my first lesson last week!

Al, however, follows the same routine day in, day out. He’s great with our son, he fixes things around the house, but he doesn’t have any other hobbies or interests. I asked him last week if he has a bucket list. He said he doesn’t. I told him I think he’s in a rut. He agreed.”

When working with clients I receive guidance from Spirit. Spirit guided me to ask Felicia to close her eyes and allow the feeling of being bothered by Al’s rut to be there.

“Take a breath” I instructed her. As Spirit and I helped her go within, Felicia connected with her heart. “An angel just appeared” she said excitedly. “Tell me about the angel” I said. “She looks like a ball of light yellow energy. She doesn’t look like the traditional pictures of angels, but I can tell that’s what she is. She reminds me of grandmother. Warm and loving.”

“Ask her what guidance she has for you” I said.

“She showed me how good I always feel after journaling and meditating. It works every time. Yet I’ve gotten so busy working on my business and pursuing adventures that I haven’t done it for 3 months. I’ve been doing lots of stuff, but I haven’t really been taking care of myself. I’m in a rut. I’m the one I need to focus on.”

Angels have a wonderful way of helping us see the truth. “Great realization” I said. Felicia re-started her journaling and meditation the next morning. She’s feeling much more peaceful and less disturbed about Al.
